CROCKPOT BEEF TIPS & NOODLES
This crockpot beef tips & noodles
is one of those melt-in-your-mouth comfort meals my family never gets tired of.
The tender beef simmered in rich gravy and poured over soft egg noodles makes
my kids say, “This tastes like Sunday dinner!” every single time. Cozy, hearty,
and incredibly easy.
Ingredients:
2–3 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet brown gravy mix (1 oz)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons cold water (to thicken gravy)
12 oz egg noodles, cooked separately
Optional garnish: parsley
Instructions:
Lightly spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
Add beef tips, diced onion, and garlic to the crockpot.
In a bowl, whisk together gravy mix, onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until beef is fall-apart tender.
If you want thicker gravy, stir in a cornstarch slurry during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
Cook egg noodles separately, drain, and serve beef tips and gravy over the warm noodles.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
